LinCMOS single op-amp in 8-SOIC
The TLC271BCDR is a Texas Instruments LinCMOS general-purpose operational amplifier in a single-channel, 8-SOIC package. It delivers a 2.2 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 5.3 V/µs slew rate — enough bandwidth for audio-band filtering, sensor conditioning, and moderate-speed control loops where the signal stays under a few hundred kilohertz.
Parametric fit for signal-chain design
Input bias current is 0.7 pA typical, which keeps DC errors negligible in high-impedance sensor front-ends — a photodiode or pH probe with a 10 MΩ source impedance sees less than 7 µV of offset from bias alone. The 390 µV input offset voltage is the untrimmed figure; for precision DC paths, a downstream calibration step or a chopper-stabilized part would be tighter. Output can source or sink 30 mA, enough to drive an ADC input, a small relay coil, or a 600 Ω audio line. The supply range spans 3 V to 16 V single or split, covering common 3.3 V, 5 V, and ±5 V rails without a secondary regulator. Quiescent supply current is 950 µA per amplifier, making it suitable for battery-powered or channel-dense boards where the op-amp budget matters.

Rated for the commercial temperature range, 0°C to 70°C. This covers indoor equipment, bench instrumentation, and most telecom central-office environments but does not extend to automotive or extended industrial ambient.
