Quad op-amp for automotive signal chains
The TLC2274EPWRQ1 is a quad general-purpose operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100, LinCMOS™ series. It packages four independent op-amps in a 14-TSSOP surface-mount package, each with rail-to-rail output swing. With a gain-bandwidth product of 2.18 MHz and a slew rate of 3.6 V/µs, it suits sensor conditioning, actuator drive, and general-purpose signal processing in automotive ECUs and industrial control modules.

Each of the four channels draws 4.4 mA supply current (total 17.6 mA for the package) and can source or sink up to 50 mA output current per channel — enough to drive the input of a downstream ADC or a small relay coil directly. Input bias current is just 1 pA typical, making the part suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces; input offset voltage is 300 µV maximum, keeping DC errors low in precision circuits. Operates from a single supply span of 4.5 V to 16 V, covering both 5 V and 12 V automotive rails, and is specified over the full -40 °C to 150 °C temperature range — the 150 °C upper limit provides margin for under-hood and engine-adjacent placement.
