Single-supply voltage feedback amp with rail-to-rail output
The THS4281D is a single-channel voltage feedback amplifier from Texas Instruments. Its 95 MHz -3dB bandwidth and 35 V/µs slew rate handle fast ADC driver stages, active filters, or video line driving without excessive supply draw — the quiescent current is 800 µA. The rail-to-rail output stage lets it swing close to the supply rails. Supply range spans 2.7 V to 16.5 V. Input bias current is 500 nA, input offset voltage 500 µV. Output can source or sink 60 mA per channel.
Active, in production — no end-of-life pressure
The THS4281D carries an active lifecycle status and is ROHS3 compliant. There is no last-time-buy notice, no obsolescence date to track.
8-SOIC package — board-level fit
Housed in an 8-SOIC package (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm), surface-mount solders to standard SOIC-8 land patterns. The Tube delivery means you get the parts in a stick, not on a reel — fine for prototype or low-volume builds, but if your pick-and-place line expects Tape & Reel, check the packing option before ordering. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, covering industrial environments but not extended automotive.
