What this LVDS receiver does on the board
The Texas Instruments SN75LVDS86ADGG is a four-channel LVDS receiver in the FlatLink™ family, designed to convert serial LVDS data back into parallel CMOS/TTL levels at the display or data-capture end of a link. It contains four receivers and no drivers, so it is strictly a receive-only device for applications like flat-panel display interfaces, camera modules, or any point-to-point LVDS data link where the source side has the driver. Plan the power rail accordingly.
Housed in a 48-TFSOP (0.240", 6.10 mm Width) package, also referred to as 48-TSSOP in the supplier device package field. It is a surface-mount fine-pitch part; the 0.5 mm lead pitch means the PCB land pattern needs careful registration and a solder-paste stencil matched to the pad geometry. No thermal pad underneath, so all heat dissipates through the leads into the board copper.
