Single-gate buffer with 1.65V–5.5V supply — mixed-voltage glue logic
The push-pull output delivers 32mA source and sink, enough to drive a modest LED or a short PCB trace without an external transistor.
The 32mA output current rating on both high and low levels means this buffer can fan out to several CMOS loads or one TTL load without signal degradation. In a mixed-voltage design, the 1.65V minimum supply lets it run directly from a 1.8V rail while still driving a 3.3V input — no level shifter needed.
SOT-23-5 package — footprint and placement
Surface-mount assembly is standard; no special reflow profile beyond the usual lead-free solder process. The Tape & Reel option (cut tape also available) fits automated pick-and-place lines.
