The part comes in a 5-DSBGA package measuring 1.4x0.9 mm (supplier device package 5-DSBGA). That is a tiny wafer-level chip-scale package with no leads — the solder balls are on the bottom, and there is no pin 1 mark you can see by eye under a magnifier. Orientation relies on the package outline and the ball map in the datasheet. Reworking this by hand is possible with a hot-air station and a steady hand, but the small ball pitch means lifting a pad is easy if the board is not preheated.
