Single-gate inverter for mixed-voltage logic paths
The SN74AHC1G04DCK3 is a single inverter from TI's 74AHC family, packaged in a 5-lead SC-70-5 (SOT-353). It accepts a supply voltage from 2V to 5.5V, so it runs on either a 3.3V or 5V rail without needing a separate level translator — the input thresholds scale with VCC. Output drive is symmetric at 8 mA source and sink, which keeps the rising and falling edges matched when driving a 50 pF load. The propagation delay is 7.5 ns at 5V and 50 pF, fast enough for most general-purpose logic and signal conditioning paths below 50 MHz.
Supply rails and input thresholds
The low-level input threshold is 0.5V to 1.65V, and the high-level threshold is 1.5V to 3.85V, both referenced to the supply voltage. At VCC=3.3V, a 0.8V low and 2.0V high are typical — compatible with 3.3V CMOS and LVCMOS outputs. Quiescent current is 1 µA maximum, so the part adds negligible static draw to a battery-powered or always-on rail.
Active lifecycle — no obsolescence risk
The SC-70-5 package is widely used and stocked across multiple distributor channels; availability is confirmed per RFQ against your BOM quantity.
