Quad CMOS amplifier for multi-channel signal chains
The OPA4353UA/2K5 is a quad CMOS rail-to-rail op-amp from TI's MicroAmplifier™ series, packing four independent amplifiers into a 14-SOIC package. With a 44 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 22V/µs slew rate, it handles fast-settling multi-channel ADC driver or active filter duty where each channel needs consistent bandwidth without crosstalk from a shared supply. The rail-to-rail output swing means the signal uses the full supply range — useful in single-supply 3.3 V or 5 V systems where headroom is tight.
Supply current and input bias at the BOM level
Total quiescent current is 5.2 mA across all four channels — roughly 1.3 mA per amplifier — which keeps the thermal budget low in the 14-SOIC footprint. Input bias current is 0.5 pA typical, so high-impedance sensor front-ends (photodiode transimpedance, pH probe buffers) see negligible offset from bias current drift over temperature. Each output can source or sink 40 mA, enough to drive a moderate ADC input or a 50-ohm back-terminated line in a test point buffer.
Industrial temperature range and package fit
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, the OPA4353UA/2K5 covers the industrial temperature band — suitable for factory-floor sensor conditioning, motor-drive feedback, or outdoor telecom equipment that does not see under-hood extremes. Housed in a 14-SOIC (3.90 mm width) with surface-mount footprint, it shares the same land pattern as many standard quad op-amps, easing a BOM swap without a board spin.
