Active triple op-amp with 1800 V/µs slew rate
The OPA3690IDBQT is an active Texas Instruments triple voltage-feedback amplifier in a 16-SSOP package, combining three independent op-amps on one die for high-speed signal conditioning. Its 1800 V/µs slew rate and 500 MHz -3 dB bandwidth suit it for video distribution, radar IF amplification, or ADC driver stages where the large-signal rise time must not limit the pulse fidelity.
Parametric fit for high-speed analog chains
Each of the three channels draws 16.5 mA supply current and delivers 190 mA output current per channel, enough to drive 50-Ω back-terminated lines or multiple ADC inputs without an external buffer. The 300 MHz gain-bandwidth product means a gain-of-10 stage still holds 30 MHz closed-loop bandwidth, and the 1 mV typical input offset keeps the DC error below 0.1 % for a 1 V full-scale signal. Rated from -40 °C to 85 °C, the part covers industrial temperature environments — outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor sensor interfaces, or engine-bay data acquisition that sees 85 °C ambient.
Sourcing and compliance
The package is 16-SSOP (3.90 mm width) supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT), and the part is ROHS3 compliant per TI's current material declaration.
