Dual voltage-feedback amplifier with 1.65 GHz GBW
The OPA2846ID is a dual-channel voltage-feedback operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, offering a 1.65 GHz gain-bandwidth product and a 600 V/µs slew rate. This combination makes it suitable for high-speed signal conditioning in applications like ADC drivers, video distribution, and IF/RF gain blocks where wide bandwidth and fast settling are required.
Supply and output drive
Operates from a supply span of 5 V to 12 V, drawing 25.2 mA per amplifier quiescent current. Each channel can deliver up to 80 mA of output current, providing enough drive for 50-ohm back-terminated lines or multiple ADC inputs without an external buffer.
Housed in an 8-pin SOIC package (8-SOIC, 3.90 mm width, supplier device package 8-SOIC) with surface-mount termination. The industrial temperature range spans -40°C to +85°C, covering most base-station, test-equipment, and industrial-control environments.
