Dual op-amp, 1 MHz GBW, micropower rail-to-rail
The OPA2313IDRGT is a dual-channel general-purpose operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, delivering 1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.5 V/µs slew rate while drawing just 50 µA per channel. Rail-to-rail output swing lets it drive signals close to the supply rails — useful in single-supply designs where headroom is tight. Supply range spans 1.8 V to 5.5 V, covering common 3.3 V and 5 V logic rails, with a -40°C to 125°C operating temperature band suited for industrial and automotive-adjacent environments.
50 µA supply, 0.2 pA bias — precision on a budget
Input bias current is 0.2 pA typical — the CMOS input stage keeps leakage negligible for high-impedance sensor front-ends like photodiode amplifiers or pH probe buffers. Each channel can source or sink 15 mA, enough to drive a reference input, a small relay coil through a transistor, or a 2 kΩ load to within 100 mV of the rail.
8-SON package, hand-solderable with care
Housed in an 8-WFDFN exposed-pad package (3×3 mm SON), the OPA2313IDRGT is a surface-mount part with a thermal pad underneath — the pad should be soldered to a copper plane for heat sinking, not left floating. The 0.65 mm pitch and exposed pad make it hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron and flux, though a hot-air rework station gives cleaner results on the centre pad. Available in Tape & Reel or Cut Tape — the Cut Tape option is handy for prototyping small quantities without buying a full reel.
