PLLatinum clock IC in a compact QFN
The LMK04828SNKDTEP is a PLLatinum™ clock and timing IC from Texas Instruments, housed in a 64-WFQFN exposed pad package (supplier device package 64-WQFN, 9x9 mm). It is a surface-mount device designed for low-jitter clock generation, distribution, and jitter cleaning in high-speed signal chains.
The 64-WFQFN exposed pad package requires a thermal land pattern on the PCB for proper heat dissipation. The 9x9 mm body with 0.5 mm pitch QFN pads demands careful solder paste stencil design to avoid bridging during reflow.
