What the 1.08 GHz ceiling buys you
The LMK04102SQ/NOPB is a single-loop PLLatinum clock jitter cleaner from Texas Instruments that accepts LVCMOS, LVDS, or LVPECL inputs and delivers up to seven clock outputs in LVCMOS, 2VPECL, or LVPECL formats. The 1.08 GHz maximum frequency covers the reference clock range for most high-speed ADCs, DACs, FPGAs, and SerDes transceivers — think 10 GbE PHY reference or RF sampling converter clocks.
Input and output flexibility
Two differential or single-ended inputs feed a 2:7 fan-out buffer, so you can select between a primary and backup reference without an external mux. The outputs are individually programmable to LVCMOS, 2VPECL, or LVPECL levels — no level translators between the jitter cleaner and the downstream loads.
Supply rail and package realities
The device runs from a 3.15 V to 3.45 V supply — a clean 3.3 V rail with adequate decoupling is expected.
The industrial range also covers most factory-floor automation racks.
