The LMK03318RHST is a PLLatinum™ clock generator from Texas Instruments, delivering up to 1 GHz on the output with a 2:8 input-to-output fanout — two reference inputs (LVCMOS) feed eight differential or single-ended outputs. Output format options include CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, and LVCMOS, covering the common clocking standards for FPGA reference clocks, SERDES, Ethernet PHYs, and high-speed ADC/DAC sampling clocks. The PLL includes a bypass mode, allowing the input reference to pass through cleanly — useful for system test modes or when a low-jitter external clock is preferred over the synthesised output.
