350 MHz fanout buffer with multi-standard outputs
The LMK00804BPW is a 1:4 fanout buffer from Texas Instruments that accepts LVCMOS or LVTTL inputs and can drive HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL, or SSTL outputs — one part covers nearly every logic family in a typical clock tree. Rated for 350 MHz maximum frequency, it handles PCIe Gen 1/2/3 reference clocks, Ethernet 125 MHz, and common FPGA fabric clocks without margin concerns.
Supply flexibility from 1.425V to 3.465V
The 1.425V to 3.465V supply range spans 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V rails directly — no extra regulator needed if the board already runs one of those voltages. The 2:4 input-to-output ratio means two clock sources can be muxed into four fanout copies, useful for redundant clocking schemes or switching between a local oscillator and an external reference.
This part is safe for new designs and long production runs.
