2.4 GHz differential amplifier for wideband signal chains
Its differential I/O architecture eliminates the need for baluns in balanced line drivers, ADC front-ends, and IF sampling stages. The 100 mA supply current is the trade-off for that bandwidth — this is not a low-power part, but the power budget is predictable for a wideband gain block.
Supply and temperature — narrow rail, industrial range
The supply span is tightly bounded at 4.75 V minimum to 5.25 V maximum, so this part runs from a regulated 5 V rail only — no 3.3 V or 12 V operation. If the application lives inside a temperature-controlled rack, the 85°C ceiling is comfortable; outdoor enclosures with solar loading may need thermal margin checking.
Package and thermal — the exposed pad is not optional
The 24-WFQFN with exposed pad (4x4 mm body) is the only package option. The QFN land pattern is standard, but the tight 0.5 mm pitch demands careful solder-paste stencil design for hand-assembly or rework.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
The /NOPB suffix indicates lead-free (RoHS) finish — no additional Pb-free qualification paperwork needed.
