Key ratings that drive the BOM decision
Slew rate of 85 V/µs determines how fast the output can swing under a step input. Input offset voltage is 200 µV typical and input bias current is 4.7 µA. The bias current is bipolar-transistor typical — not JFET-level (pA), so high-source-impedance circuits will see a DC error you need to null or balance with matched source resistors. Output current capability of 90 mA per channel.
Temperature grade and deployment envelope
Rated for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the LMH6622MA/NOPB is comfortable in outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor instrumentation, and test equipment racks. It does not carry the -40°C to 125°C rating needed for under-hood automotive or engine-bay electronics; for that, the OPA859QDSGRQ1 (automotive-grade, single-channel JFET) is a different topology entirely.
Lifecycle and compliance — no obsolescence watch needed
The LMH6622MA/NOPB carries an Active lifecycle status per the manufacturer. It is fully ROHS3 compliant — the /NOPB suffix confirms lead-free and halogen-free construction.
