1.75 GHz buffer with 4580 V/µs slew rate
Its 1.75 GHz -3 dB bandwidth and 4580 V/µs slew rate make it suited for driving high-speed ADCs, video distribution, RF IF chains, and pulse applications where signal integrity at high frequencies matters.
A 4580 V/µs slew rate means the output can swing several volts in under a nanosecond, preserving the edges of fast pulses or high-frequency sine waves without slew-induced distortion. For a 1 V peak-to-peak output, the full-power bandwidth exceeds 700 MHz — well into the UHF and L-band range. The 1.75 GHz small-signal bandwidth ensures flat gain through the IF passband for most communications receivers. Input bias current is 3 µA and input offset voltage is 3 mV, both typical for a high-speed open-loop buffer topology.
SOT-23-5 package and supply range
Housed in a 5-lead SOT-23 (SC-74A case), the LMH6559MF occupies minimal board area — about 3 mm × 3 mm. The surface-mount footprint is standard for small-signal RF layouts and rework-friendly with hot air. Supply voltage spans 3 V to 10 V, covering common 3.3 V, 5 V, and 9 V rails. Quiescent supply current is 10 mA, which is modest for a 1.75 GHz buffer and keeps the thermal rise low in the SOT-23 package at 25°C ambient.
Temperature grade and environment
The 85°C upper limit covers most rack-mount and benchtop gear; for automotive or under-hood use, a higher-temperature buffer would be needed.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant, which clears it for EU and most global markets without exemption paperwork.
