High-speed buffer with a 2900V/µs edge
The LMH6321TS/NOPB is a single-channel buffer amplifier from Texas Instruments, packing a 2900V/µs slew rate and 110 MHz -3dB bandwidth. That slew rate means it slews 2.9 V in one nanosecond — fast enough to drive video line drivers, pulse generators, or any signal path where the output must track a high-frequency input without slew-induced distortion. Output current is rated 295 mA per channel, so it can drive 50-ohm or 75-ohm terminated lines directly without an external buffer stage. Supply span runs from 5 V to 32 V, single or split rails, which covers common ±5 V to ±15 V analog supplies.

Housed in a TO-263-8 D²Pak with 7 leads plus the tab — the supplier device package is DDPAK/TO-263-7. That exposed paddle on the bottom is the thermal path: it needs a good solder joint to the board's copper plane to pull heat out of the die. Under a hot-air station the tab soaks heat fast, so preheat the board to 100-120°C before you hit the leads or you risk lifting the pad on the tab side. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, which covers industrial and some automotive under-hood environments. The part is ROHS3 compliant per.

How it compares to the THS4215DRBT
The LMH6321TS/NOPB offers roughly 3× the slew rate (2900 V/µs vs 970 V/µs) and a wider supply range (5-32 V vs 5 V fixed), but the THS4215 comes in a smaller QFN package. If your board is laid out for the THS4215's QFN footprint, the LMH6321TS's DDPAK will not drop in without a layout change — different pinout and thermal pad.
