Product details

NRND — last-time-buy window open

Texas Instruments lists the LM75BIMX-3 as NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs). Existing production runs are still supported, but the part is in its last-time-buy phase — new BOMs should migrate to a current-production alternative. For legacy designs already using this order code, independent distribution holds inventory.

Supply range and feature set

The output switch and programmable limit allow the sensor to assert an interrupt or alert when temperature crosses a threshold. The 9-bit resolution gives 0.5°C per LSB — adequate for thermal monitoring in industrial and telecom equipment where ±2°C accuracy is sufficient for overtemperature protection or fan control.
