The INA190A4IDDFT: It draws 48 µA supply current and delivers a 3 µV typical input offset voltage, which means the DC error from the amplifier itself is below 0.1% when measuring a 10 mV full-scale drop across a shunt. The 33 kHz gain-bandwidth product sets the usable measurement bandwidth — adequate for DC rail monitoring, battery charge/discharge profiles, and load-step detection below a few kilohertz.
Supply range and temperature grade
Supply span runs from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, so it operates directly from a single lithium-ion cell or a 3.3 V / 5 V regulated rail without an extra LDO. Rated for -40°C to 125°C ambient — the full automotive temperature grade. An under-hood current-sense node or an industrial motor-drive board that sees 105°C on a summer day stays within the operating envelope. The rail-to-rail output swing keeps the measurement dynamic range intact at low supply voltages; at 1.8 V the output can swing within 10 mV of each rail, preserving signal headroom.
Package and sourcing reality
Housed in a TSOT-23-8 package — 2.9 mm × 1.6 mm footprint, 0.65 mm pin pitch. The small outline fits tight PCB layouts near the shunt resistor, but the exposed pad requires a thermal-land pattern on the PCB for optimal heat transfer. Available in Tape & Reel or Cut Tape options. ROHS3 compliant — no substance exemptions that would trigger a waiver for EU or California market BOMs.
