230 MHz PLL synthesizer with bypass — 16-TSSOP
The CDCEL925PWR is a clock/frequency synthesizer from Texas Instruments, integrating two PLLs with a bypass mode that lets the input clock pass through unmodified when the PLL is not needed. It accepts an LVCMOS or crystal input and delivers up to five LVCMOS outputs at a maximum frequency of 230 MHz.
The 1.7V to 1.9V supply range gives about ±100 mV of margin around the nominal 1.8V rail — a 1.8V LDO with ±2% accuracy stays inside the window, but a switcher with 50 mV ripple needs careful decoupling.
ROHS3 compliant per the current revision. The 16-TSSOP package (4.40 mm width) is a standard TI footprint shared across the CDCEL925 family.
