Triple SPDT switch in a 16-SOIC footprint
Each switch routes one of two inputs to a common output (or the reverse), giving you three separate signal-routing channels on a 0.154-inch-wide body. The part runs on a single supply from 3V to 20V, or a dual supply from ±2.5V to ±9V, covering both standard logic rails and split analog supplies. The wide range means you can use it to switch ±5V audio signals or 12V industrial logic without a level translator. On-resistance is 240Ω max per switch, with channel-to-channel matching held to 5Ω. That 5Ω delta keeps the insertion loss consistent across all three paths — important when you are routing gain-setting resistors or reference voltages.
Bandwidth and crosstalk for analog paths
The -3dB bandwidth is 30MHz, which covers baseband video, audio line-level signals, and most sensor-conditioning frequencies. Crosstalk between channels is -40dB at 6MHz — adequate for separating adjacent analog channels in a 6MHz video or multi-channel audio system without noticeable bleed. Off-channel leakage current is 100nA max, and the off-channel capacitance is 0.2pF on the source side, 9pF on the drain side. The low leakage keeps the signal path clean in high-impedance circuits like photodiode amplifiers or sample-and-hold stages.
