24-bit sigma-delta ADC with integrated MUX
The Texas Instruments ADS1254E is a 24-bit sigma-delta ADC with a 4-channel differential input multiplexer, sampling at 20 kSPS. The MUX-ADC architecture means you route one of four differential pairs into a single converter — no need for external analog switches if the scan rate fits the 20 kSPS throughput.

The SPI data interface and external voltage reference give you control over the conversion timing and the full-scale range, respectively. The differential input type means each of the four channels measures the voltage difference between its two pins — common-mode noise on the input lines cancels, which is the whole point of a differential front end in a noisy industrial or sensor environment.
