1500W bidirectional TVS for 24V automotive and industrial rails
The 1.5KE39CH: With a 31.6V reverse standoff voltage and 56.4V clamping point at 27A peak pulse current, it protects 24V nominal rails from transients up to that energy level.
Clamping window and surge capability
The 35.1V minimum breakdown voltage ensures the device starts conducting before the rail exceeds safe limits, while the 56.4V maximum clamp holds the protected node below component abs-max ratings. The 27A peak pulse current rating at 10/1000µs defines the surge it can absorb without failing short.
Package, mounting, and board integration
Supplied in DO-201AA / DO-27 axial leaded package, through-hole mount. The DO-201 supplier device package footprint is standard — the axial leads insert into plated through-holes and the body stands off the board. Tape & Reel packaging suits automated insertion for volume builds.
