AEC-Q101 qualification and the 175°C junction ceiling
Rated Automotive grade with AEC-Q101 qualification, the 1.5KE36CAHB0G is screened for the reliability stress tests required in vehicle-electronics supply chains — temperature cycling, high-temperature reverse bias, and preconditioning.
1500W surge window: clamping, breakdown, and standoff
The reverse standoff voltage is 30.8V (typical), meaning the device does not conduct at normal 24V or 28V rail levels.
Supplied in the DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead through-hole package, with the supplier device package designated DO-201. The axial leads are tin-plated copper; the body is molded epoxy with a cathode band — for a bidirectional part the band is a marking convention, not a polarity guide. The lead diameter and body length match standard 1.5KE-series PCB hole patterns; no footprint change from other 1.5KE36 variants. Supplied in Bulk packaging.
