Parametric fit for the BOM line
The 1.5KE130CAHA0G: Its 111 V reverse standoff voltage defines the maximum continuous DC or AC peak voltage the protected line can carry without the device conducting — above that, breakdown occurs at 124 V minimum, clamping the transient to 179 V maximum while shunting 8.7 A of peak pulse current. It is suited for 12 V and 24 V vehicle electrical systems where load-dump and inductive-switching transients exceed the normal rail voltage.
Package and thermal envelope
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, the 1.5KE130CAHA0G mounts through-hole. The junction temperature range spans -55°C to 175°C, covering under-hood and industrial ambient extremes. Power line protection is not featured — this is a discrete TVS for signal or low-power supply rails, not a mains-side protector.
