5 A per diode, 60 V — dual Schottky in one LPDS package
The RBR10NS60ATL packs two Schottky barrier diodes in a common-cathode pair inside a single TO-263-3 (D²Pak) LPDS surface-mount package. Each diode handles 5 A average rectified current at 60 V reverse, with a maximum forward drop of 650 mV at 5 A. The common-cathode configuration means the two anodes are separate — this is the standard layout for center-tapped secondary rectification in a push-pull or half-bridge converter, or for dual OR-ing diodes where each input feeds a shared output rail.
Switching speed and thermal budget
Listed as a fast-recovery Schottky with recovery time ≤ 500 ns above 200 mA — this is fast enough for 100–200 kHz hard-switched converters. The junction temperature ceiling is 150 °C; the exposed tab on the TO-263 package conducts heat to the PCB copper plane, so the board layout's thermal pad area directly sets the usable current derating. Reverse leakage is 200 µA at 60 V — typical for a 60 V Schottky at rated voltage; leakage doubles with temperature, so the 150 °C junction limit governs the hot-side margin more than the forward drop does.
Active production, ROHS3, Tape & Reel
ROHS3 compliant, no restricted substances to flag for EU or California compliance audits. The TO-263-3 body is 10.1 mm wide, fits a 12 mm tape pocket.
