The RBQ20NS100ATL packs two 100 V, 20 A Schottky diodes in a common-cathode pair, housed in a TO-263S (D²Pak) surface-mount package — one component replaces two discrete rectifiers sharing a ground return, saving board space and pick-and-place cost on a 12-V automotive power rail. Each diode is rated for 20 A average rectified current with a maximum forward voltage drop of 770 mV at 10 A, and reverse leakage stays at 140 µA at the 100 V DC reverse rating — a low-Vf/low-Ir trade-off that suits OR-ing, reverse-polarity protection, and freewheeling in engine-bay DC-DC stages.

Qualified to AEC-Q101, the RBQ20NS100ATL is built for the automotive temperature range with a 150 °C maximum junction temperature — the Schottky barrier and die attach are screened for the thermal cycling, high-temperature reverse bias, and humidity stress that an under-hood or transmission-mounted module sees. Fast recovery is specified at ≤ 500 ns at > 200 mA — fast enough for hard-switching converters in the 50–200 kHz band common to automotive boost and flyback stages.
