54 MHz RXv2 core with 512 KB flash
The R5F52318AGFL#30 is a 32-bit RX231 microcontroller built around the RXv2 core, clocked at 54 MHz. It packs 512 KB of program flash, 64 KB of RAM, and a separate 8 KB EEPROM block — enough headroom for sensor fusion or HMI logic without external storage.
Peripheral set and connectivity
Connectivity covers I²C, IrDA, SCI, SPI, SSI, and USB OTG, so it can talk to a serial flash, a display, or a host PC through a single USB port. The 12-bit ADC has eight channels, enough to sample a three-phase current plus a couple of temperature sensors without an external mux.
Package and board fit
Surface-mount only — no through-hole variant.
