Switching envelope: 130 mA at 350 V AC/DC
The AQY210EH: This is a PhotoMOS solid-state relay — SPST-NO (1 Form A) — rated for 130 mA continuous load current across a 0 V to 350 V AC or DC output range. The 25 Ohm max on-state resistance means the voltage drop at full load is about 3.25 V, which is typical for a MOSFET-output SSR in this current class and keeps self-heating manageable in the 4-DIP package.
Board fit: 4-DIP through-hole, PC pin termination
Housed in a standard 4-DIP (0.300-inch row spacing, 7.62 mm) through-hole package with PC pin leads. The 1.14 VDC input and 350 V output are galvanically isolated by the PhotoMOS optocoupler front end — no external isolation barrier needed on the PCB. The through-hole DIP footprint is breadboard- and socket-friendly for prototyping, and the 7.62 mm pitch keeps creepage distance adequate for the 350 V load side in clean environments.
