The Omron E2K-F10MC1 is a capacitive proximity sensor in the E2K series, designed for non-contact detection of both metallic and non-metallic objects — liquids, powders, plastics, and wood — through a plastic box housing. Unshielded construction gives a 10 mm max sensing distance, useful for level sensing in hoppers or part-present detection on conveyors where the target material varies.
