264 MHz Tri-Core – real-time headroom for safety-critical control
The SPC5777CDK3MME4 is a 32-bit Tri-Core MCU from NXP's MPC57xx series, built around three e200z7 cores running at 264 MHz. That clock rate, combined with 8 MB of on-chip Flash and 512K x 8 of SRAM, gives enough throughput and memory to run multiple control loops, protocol stacks, and diagnostic routines without external memory. The part is rated for -40 to 125 °C ambient, which puts it squarely in under-hood automotive and industrial motor-drive territory. The 416-MAPBGA (27x27 mm) package requires a 4+ layer PCB with controlled impedance for the high-speed interfaces.
8 MB Flash, 512 KB SRAM – firmware and data budget
With 8 MB of Flash and 512K x 8 of SRAM, the SPC5777CDK3MME4 can hold a full AUTOSAR stack, application code, and calibration data on-chip. The 512 KB SRAM leaves headroom for real-time data logging and double-buffered communication without external RAM.

The MCU integrates CANbus, FlexCANbus, LINbus, Ethernet, SCI, and SPI interfaces, plus a 16-bit Sigma-Delta eQADC. The Zipwire peripheral provides a high-speed serial link for inter-processor communication in multi-MCU systems.
