10 A, 110 V Schottky in a dual common-cathode TO-220
The NXPS20H110C,127 is a dual Schottky rectifier from NXP Semiconductors, housing two 10 A diodes in a common-cathode configuration within a single TO-220AB package.
Forward drop and recovery profile
Reverse leakage is 6 µA at the 110 V rated reverse voltage — this is the static off-state loss. At elevated junction temperatures near the 175°C limit, Schottky leakage rises exponentially, so the actual leakage at 125°C case temperature may be an order of magnitude higher; the thermal design should account for this when the diode is in a hot enclosure.
