PX-series 32-bit MCU for networked control
The NXP MPXS2010VLQ120 is a 32-bit single-core microcontroller from the PX series, built around the e200z4d core running at 120 MHz. It carries 1 MB of Flash program memory and 128K x 8 of RAM.
The 144-pin count gives access to the full peripheral set — enough GPIO and alternate-function pins for a CAN node with local I/O expansion. ROHS3 compliant, so no exemption paperwork needed for EU-market equipment.
