Triple 3-input OR gate in 14-TSSOP
The Nexperia 74HC4075PW118 is a triple 3-input OR gate from the 74HC high-speed CMOS logic family. It integrates three independent OR gates, each with three inputs, in a compact 14-TSSOP surface-mount package.
Supply voltage and logic-level compatibility
The 2V to 6V supply range lets this gate bridge between 3.3V and 5V domains without an external level shifter, as long as the input logic levels align. The low-level input threshold is 0.5V to 1.8V, and the high-level threshold is 1.5V to 4.2V, both varying with supply voltage. At 5V supply, a 3.3V CMOS output's high level (typically 3.0V) exceeds the 3.5V high threshold, so direct drive works. At 3.3V supply, 1.8V logic inputs may not reliably reach the high threshold — check the actual VOH of the driving device against the 1.5V minimum.
Propagation delay and quiescent current
Maximum propagation delay is 17ns at 6V supply with a 50pF load. The quiescent supply current is only 2 µA maximum.
