72 MHz Cortex-M4 with 64 KB Flash — fit for a mixed-signal control node
The NXP MK20DX64VMC7 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCU from the Kinetis K20 series, clocked at 72 MHz with 64 KB of Flash program memory and 16 KB of SRAM. The 2 KB of on-chip EEPROM stores calibration constants or configuration parameters without wearing the Flash.
Connectivity and peripheral set — CAN, USB OTG, and external bus
Peripherals include DMA, I²S for audio or serial data streaming, low-voltage detect (LVD), power-on reset (POR), PWM timers, and a watchdog timer (WDT). The 70 general-purpose I/O pins are available in the 121-ball BGA package, though some are shared with the EBI and USB PHY.
