Industrial temperature range — why it matters for the BOM
The -40 to 105 °C operating range means this MCU can sit in an enclosure near a motor drive or on a factory floor without a heatsink or forced air. The 100 MHz core at that temperature corner still holds timing for the USB and CAN buses — no derating required for the listed peripherals. Internal oscillator covers UART and I²C timing.
Memory and storage — Flash, SRAM, EEPROM
