Kinetis K20 value-line MCU for industrial control and USB-connected peripherals
The NXP MK20DN64VLF5 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller clocked at 50 MHz with 64 KB Flash and 16 KB RAM. It integrates USB OTG, an 11-channel 16-bit ADC, and 29 GPIO in a 48-LQFP package.
50 MHz core clock from the Cortex-M4 pipeline. The DSP single-cycle MAC and hardware divide keep FFT or PID math from stalling the bus.
The 105 °C ceiling is the standard industrial boundary.
Supply range and peripheral set
Peripherals include DMA, I²S, LVD, POR, PWM, and WDT. Connectivity spans I²C, IrDA, SPI, UART/USART, USB, and USB OTG.
Housed in a 48-LQFP with a 7×7 mm body. The 29 GPIO are enough for a keypad matrix, a character LCD, and a few sensor interrupts.
