Eleven 16-bit ADC channels are integrated — enough to monitor multiple analog sensors (thermistors, current shunts, potentiometers) without an external ADC. DMA, I²S, LVD, POR, PWM, and WDT round out the peripheral set, covering most control and monitoring needs for a mixed-signal controller.
NXP lists the MK20DN32VLF5 as Active. That means no last-time-buy notice, no imminent obsolescence — normal factory support continues.
