Industrial temperature range — -40 to 105°C
Rated for a junction temperature of -40 to 105°C.
Peripherals that matter for the BOM
Two USB 2.0 ports with integrated PHY eliminate external transceivers for host or device interfaces. The Gigabit Ethernet MAC connects directly to an external PHY via RGMII — no separate Ethernet controller chip needed. Additional interfaces include I²C, PCIe, SDHC, SPI, and UART. The MIPI-DSI display controller drives a parallel LCD panel without an external graphics chip, and the hardware graphics acceleration block handles 2D composition for the UI layer.
Security features — hardware root of trust
ARM TrustZone, CAAM (cryptographic accelerator), HAB (high-assurance boot), OCRAM secure region, resource domain controller, and secure JTAG controller are all on-die. For a product that needs signed firmware and encrypted storage, the boot ROM enforces the HAB chain before the first user code executes — no external secure element required for many designs.
