The Micron MT55L256L32FT-12IT is a 8 Mbit ZBT® synchronous SRAM organized as 256K x 32 bits. The x32 data bus matches a 32-bit MCU or DSP without byte-lane multiplexing, keeping the layout clean. Access time is 9 ns at a 83 MHz clock, which leaves enough bus margin for a single-cycle read-write turnaround on most 32-bit memory controllers. The parallel interface is fixed — no serial or DDR option inside this package. Supply is 3.135 V nominal. The 100-pin TQFP package is a surface-mount footprint that reflows in a standard lead-free profile.
