The MIC2774L-44YM5 is a dual multi-voltage supervisor from Microchip Technology, monitoring two voltage rails with a fixed threshold of 4.43 V on one input and an adjustable threshold on the second — a common arrangement for sequencing core and I/O supplies in mixed-voltage designs. The active-low, push-pull reset output drives downstream logic directly without an external pull-up, and the 140 ms minimum reset timeout provides enough hold time for the monitored rails to stabilise before the system comes out of reset.
