1.2V fixed rail — dropout and quiescent current
The MCP1711T-12I/OT: Quiescent current is 1.27 µA typical, with a maximum supply current of 1.8 µA — this places the part in the ultra-low-Iq class, suited for battery-powered or always-on loads where the regulator's own draw must not dominate the sleep budget. The enable pin (Control Features) lets the system power down the regulator completely, cutting the quiescent current to near zero when the load is idle — a common requirement for wake-on-event sensor nodes.
Package and temperature grade
Supplied in the SOT-23-5 (SC-74A) surface-mount package — a five-pin footprint that fits standard low-power LDO layouts with a small PCB footprint.
