The DSC8001DI5-PROGRAMMABLE: Surface-mount assembly with no exposed paddle means the thermal path is through the VDD and GND pads; a 0.3 mm via-in-pad under each pad keeps the inductance low for the 1.8V rail at 150 MHz.
It provides a CMOS output and covers 1 MHz to 150 MHz.
