100 MHz HCSL MEMS oscillator for PCIe clock trees
The DSC1224BI2-100M0000 is a 100 MHz XO (Standard) with HCSL output, built on a MEMS resonator — a drop-in clock source for PCIe Gen1/2/3 reference clocks and other high-speed serial interfaces that require a low-jitter, differential signal. The HCSL output swings 700 mV typical into a 50-Ω termination to ground, which matches the PCIe reference clock specification without external level translation.
Supply voltage range of 2.5 V to 3.3 V covers common digital rails — the same BOM line works across a 3.3-V FPGA bank and a 2.5-V SerDes power domain without a separate regulator.
6-VDFN package and board integration
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the compact footprint fits dense timing trees on multi-layer boards without crowding adjacent decoupling caps.
