100 MHz LVDS clock from a MEMS resonator
The DSC1223NE2-100M0000 is a standard XO (Standard) that uses a MEMS resonator to generate a 100 MHz LVDS output — no quartz crystal, no external load capacitors. The MEMS die is sealed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm × 0.90 mm, which saves board area compared to a can-style oscillator. The Enable/Disable function lets the system gate the clock — when disabled, the supply current drops to 23 mA typ from the 32 mA typ active draw.
Rated for -20 °C to +70 °C, this is a commercial-temperature oscillator suited to indoor equipment, office networking gear, and instrumentation that stays above freezing.
