100 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — active production
Supply voltage spans 2.5V to 3.3V, letting a single order code serve both 2.5V and 3.3V logic domains without a separate BOM variant.
LVPECL termination and signal integrity
LVPECL output requires a DC termination — typically a 50-ohm resistor to Vcc-2V — to set the correct common-mode voltage and maintain edge rates at 100 MHz. The 50 mA typical supply current (50mA (Typ)) reflects the differential output stage's bias; when disabled, the part draws 23 mA typical. The 6-VDFN package (0.276" x 0.197", 0.90 mm seated height) is a standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm footprint shared by many MEMS and quartz oscillators — layout reuse is straightforward if migrating from a quartz XO in the same package.
