What this MEMS oscillator delivers on your clock tree
The MEMS resonator gives this part an advantage over quartz in shock and vibration tolerance, with a typical startup time under 5 ms — a practical benefit in portable or industrial equipment exposed to mechanical stress. The 6-VDFN package (7.00 mm × 5.00 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) is a standard footprint for MEMS oscillators, and the Enable/Disable function allows the output to be tri-stated for system power sequencing or test.
Supply voltage, stability, and temperature range
It operates from a 2.5V to 3.3V supply rail — a wide enough envelope to work with common FPGA bank voltages or a regulated 3.3V bus without an additional LDO. Maximum supply current is 50 mA typical, with the disable mode drawing 23 mA typical — the disable current is relatively high because the MEMS core and PLL remain powered even when the output is gated off.
