148.5 MHz MEMS XO – AEC-Q100 and ±20 ppm stability
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator has passed automotive-grade stress tests — suitable for under-hood or cabin-domain clock trees where vibration and thermal cycling are routine. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, giving faster start-up and better shock resistance compared to a traditional crystal oscillator.
Supply voltage range and enable/disable function
Operates from a 2.5 V to 3.3 V supply, covering the common core rails for FPGAs, SoCs, and Ethernet PHYs — no extra regulator needed when the rail falls within that window. Built-in enable/disable pin lets the system gate the clock output without a separate load switch; disable current is 23 µA typical, useful for power-sensitive sleep modes.
Package and mounting – 6-VDFN 2.5 mm × 2.0 mm
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that fits tight board layouts common in automotive camera modules or portable instrumentation. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; the small body reduces parasitic capacitance on the output trace compared to larger SMD packages.
Lifecycle – active production
The part is available for both new designs and production replenishment through independent distribution.
